Wally Parr’s journey began on a farm in Ancaster, Ontario, where he learned perseverance and dedication. He and his wife shared a dream of offering quality foods. They opened a butcher shop in 1969, crafting their own premium sausages. Inspired by their success they opened their first retail store in Hamilton, Ontario in 1981.
